Allez is an international agricultural merchant in sugar, rice and grains, and edible oils. We are privately held and headquartered in London. We work across origin and destination markets, covering origination, logistics, distribution, finance and risk.
Our network reaches suppliers and buyers across multiple jurisdictions, built market by market through direct relationships. We operate where reliable supply is hard to secure and valued most when it holds.
Our counterparties include sovereign food-reserve agencies, humanitarian procurement programmes, refiners, processors, importers and distributors. Each needs the same thing: supply they can count on, on terms that settle cleanly. Allez is family-owned and run for the long term. We hold to clear standards on sourcing, documentation and conduct in every market we trade.

Allez was incorporated in England and Wales on 14 August 2012, No. 08179247, to source agricultural commodities at origin and deliver them into markets where reliable supply is difficult to secure.
The desk began in sugar. The business widened as the counterparty network deepened: rice and grains from Asian origins, and edible oils into African and Asian markets. Each was added because existing counterparties asked for it, not to fill out a product range.
The firm remains privately held. That keeps the horizon longer than a trading year, and it means standards on sourcing, documentation and conduct are set internally rather than by a reporting cycle.
The same test, every trade.
The firm was built around one question: can this cargo be sourced, shipped, financed, documented and settled without the counterparty carrying risk that should sit with us? Origination, freight, hedging and inspection all exist to answer it.
That test matters most where the consequence of failure is highest — sovereign reserve programmes, food-security procurement, and importers supplying staple foods. Those counterparties have no room for a cargo that does not arrive, and no appetite for a merchant who discovers a problem at discharge.
