Three commodity groups.
One operating framework.
Sugar, rice and grains, and edible oils — sourced, shipped, financed and risk-managed.
Raw and refined sugar, across producing and consuming markets.
Sugar is the foundation of our business. We trade the full spectrum — raw and refined — sourcing from principal producing regions and delivering where supply is needed on a continuous basis. Positions are priced against international futures and contracted on recognised international terms.
Market Note
Our sugar desk tracks producing-region output, freight markets, and consuming-market demand. That reading informs pricing and the management of price and physical risk on each trade.

Edible oils, moved from Southeast Asia into Africa.
Crude and refined palm oil, including CP8 and CP10 palm olein, sourced from Indonesia and Malaysia and delivered exclusively into African markets. We control quality, inspection and documentation across the physical chain.
Responsibility Note
Edible oils carry particular supply-chain and environmental sensitivities. We address these through our sourcing standards and give preference to certified and traceable supply.

Rice from India and Pakistan, wheat and maize alongside.
Rice is the larger part of this desk — broken white rice sourced from India and Pakistan, delivered into food-security programmes, importers and distributors across Africa and Asia. Wheat and maize are traded alongside, into the same destination markets.
Market Note
Rice does not price against a liquid futures benchmark — origin FOB assessments, export-policy decisions and freight set the level. Wheat and maize, by contrast, are referenced to international futures.

Trade, logistics, and finance under one desk.
Agricultural trade fails more often at delivery than at price — in the freight, the financing, and the documentation that turn a contract into delivered supply. Allez controls all three.
Origination & Trade
Allez holds physical positions across origin and destination markets, supported by current market reading and disciplined risk control. The work is to keep supply moving when conditions at origin change.
Logistics & Shipping
We charter and coordinate freight, manage load and discharge, and oversee storage where required. Across many of our markets, freight is the binding constraint on trade, and we control it directly.
Trade Finance
We structure cargo financing with banks and trade-finance providers across jurisdictions, moving capital at the pace a trade requires while holding firm control over exposure.
Risk Management
Price, currency, and counterparty exposure is assessed before a position is taken and managed through to settlement.
