Allez runs three commodity desks. Each holds its own origin relationships, counterparty book and market view. All three operate inside a single framework in which trade, freight, financing and risk are managed together rather than handed between departments.
The commercial logic is straightforward. The decisions that determine whether a trade succeeds — what to buy, how to move it, how to finance it, and how much risk to carry — are interdependent. Separating them into functions creates seams, and trades fail at seams.

Raw and refined sugar sourced from established producing regions and delivered into consuming markets, priced against recognised international references and concluded on standard trade association forms.
